FeltWEST is a non-profit organisation aiming to:
Promote the making of quality felt in Western Australia.
Facilitate the sharing of feltmaking information and skills by publishing a newsletter for
members and through meetings, workshops, public demonstrations and
exhibitions.
Acknowledge and respect the creations and ideas of members and to encourage fellowship between members.
Encourage and develop contact with feltmakers elsewhere.
Develop artistic skills, have fun, enjoy mental relaxation and friendship through flowers. Visitors welcome
In 1976 from these humble beginnings which included lots of fund raising, the club expanded to include Spinners, Artists, Quilt Making Pottery, Patchwork & Painting, Woodturning and Children's classes in Art & Pottery.
The Gosnells City Council saw the need for the Club to have larger premises and so built a new Gallery and Pottery workshop the same as the original building, Rammed Earth.

The West Australian Floral Art Society strives to cultivate an appreciation of flowers and floral design. We develop the skills of creative design with friendly demonstrations and periodic workshops. We meet monthly in Osborne Park.
