The Wanneroo Joondalup Art Society is holding their spring exhibition in early October. The opening night will be on Friday 4 October starting at 7.30pm and then the exhibition will open over the weekend on Saturday 5 October and Sunday 6 October from 9am to 5pm.
There will be more than 200 works on display by a group of talented artists and this season the feature artist is Marilyn Hamilton.
Marilyn is a multi award winning mixed media artist who works with paper, textiles, printmaking, paint and collage.
Her inspiration comes from mark making and natural forms that nature manifests incorporating the sensuality of shape and form into her prints and mixed media works.
She is represented in a number of private collections in Australia, the UK and USA.

Entry is free to the exhibition which will be located at Sorrento Surf Lifesaving Club, West Coast Drive, Sorrento (just south of Hillarys).
