A Bee Story
It’s a sticky situation… A Bee Story is a uniquely Australian physical theatre show for children and families incorporating a kaleidoscope of circus, acrobatics, dance, and live music. It tells the story of Queen Bee and Worker Bee who must work together to rebuild their hive after being destroyed by a bushfire. But things never quite go to plan…
Join the bees on their buzzy adventures and be enchanted by their pollen-collecting skills, honey-making abilities, and super-bee strength. A Bee Story has themes of environmentalism, sustainability, and community spirit and was directed by performer Robbie Curtis (Circa, Cirque du Soleil, Circus Oz, Australian Ballet), and co-created with musician and performer Lizzie McRae.

Justin’s Big Balloon Show
Prepare to be swept off your feet as the masterminds behind the Fringe Family favourites – CIRCUS • The Show and The Greatest Magic Show – present an extraordinary stage show like no other! Led by the incredible Justin, winner of TV show Blow Up!, this show is bursting with grand illusions, thrilling circus stunts and, of course, Justin’s signature BIG balloon creations that have to be seen to be believed!
For the first time ever in Perth, this show appeals to every single audience member – regardless of age! Come discover just what is possible when a master of magic, circus and balloons combines these artforms in an enthralling 60-minute spectacular!
All the balloons used are made of Natural Rubber Latex (NRL) – harvested by tapping the Rubber Tree in a way that does not harm the tree. NRL is organic – not plastic – and is biodegradable. Balloons are recycled through TerraCycle after each season.
