Perth Trail Series has a range of exciting events for all ages and abilities.
They are having a full-moon lit run at the Ellis Brook Valley Reserve on 31 October.
The event includes a 12km black run, a seven km blue run and a four km green run.
Participants must have at least 500ml of water, a head torch with spare batteries and a bib which can be picked up at 5pm.
Registrations close 26 October. The trail starts with an uphill walk before finishing with a downward section.
They will be holding the Lake Lash Dash at Lake Leschenaultia on 29 November.
This ladies course will be sprinkled with chocolates along the track and bubbly at the finish line.
There’s a three, six and nine kilometre track.
The event is for all ages, people can run, walk or push a pram. Register on the day from 7.30am.
When summer starts, so too does their Summer Series. With Black 12-16km, Blue 9-12km and Green 4-6km walks, anyone can have a go at the events. The five events run in the morning before it gets too hot.
The first of the five events is at Stay Puft, Yanchep National Park on 6 December.
Next is at Wallygrunta, Walyunga National Park on 3 January.
Then on 17 January at Qi Gong, Wungong Regional Park.
They saved the sexiest park for Valentine’s Day, 14 February at Sly Fox, Langford Park.
Finally on 28 February the series concludes at Swissmurdie, Mundy Regional Park.
Every Thursday Night they also run a Kings Park trail.
Meet at 5.55pm at Aspects, Kings Park. Be ready to run eight to ten kilometres for one hour. Bring a head torch and spare batteries as well as water. This event is a free fun run, and runners keep a social pace.
